The Maserati Spyder was first unveiled to the public at the 2001 Frankfurt Motor Show and the Coupé followed a year later. Both were designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro of Ital Design, who also designed the Maserati Ghibli and the Interior design was commissioned to Enrico Fumia. The cars were built by Ferrari at the Viale Ciro Menotti plant in Modena, Italy and shared many components with Ferrari models at the time including the lovely 385bhp 4244cc V8 Engine as fitted in the Ferrari F430. The superlative road performance of the Maserati Spyder is also enhanced by the innovative state of the art 'Skyhook' suspension system and the Coupe will carry 4 adults in real comfort. This beautiful low mileage example was first registered in October 2002 and is finished in Silver Metallic with a full Grey Leather interior and Grey carpets and has the following specification: * Full Leather upholstery * Air Conditioning with Climate Control * Multifunction Computer * Integrated Stereo/CD System * Electric & Heated Seats * Electric Windows and Heated Mirrors * Heated front & rear Screen * ABS Brakes * Anti-Skid System (ASR) * Skyhook Suspension * Remote Central locking/Alarm * Tracker * Cruise Control * Electronic Suspension with Sport Mode * 18" Alloy Wheels This car has only covered 26,000 miles from new and is the lowest mileage example currently on the market. It is exceptional condition as you would expect with perhaps the only fault being a few scuffs on the Alloys and it has only had 2 former keepers from new with the last since 2010. It has Full Maserati Service History from new with 6 services having been carried out by H R Owen and the last full service @ 23,358 miles was carried out by Joe Macari in late 2010. Currently Taxed until May 2013 and MOT'd until October 2013, it will receive a pre-sales service and check-over upon sale and come with our own 6 month extendable Warranty.
